Definitions

3.3 One Account Per Player

4.2 Age Verification Process

vtv99 reserves the right to request age verification documentation from any player at any time, including but not limited to at the point of registration, before processing a withdrawal, or during a routine compliance review. Acceptable age verification documents include:

• National Identity Card (NID) issued by the Bangladesh Election Commission.
• Valid Bangladeshi passport.
• Bangladesh driving licence (with date of birth clearly visible).
• Birth registration certificate accompanied by a secondary photo ID.

All documents submitted for age verification must be current, valid, and clearly legible. Altered, expired, or fraudulent documents will result in immediate account suspension and may be reported to relevant authorities.

4.3 Underage Account Action

If vtv99 determines or reasonably suspects that an account is held by a person under the age of 18, the account will be suspended immediately. Any deposits made by the underage player will be returned to the original payment method. Any winnings generated from wagers placed by an underage player will be forfeited in full. vtv99 will not process any withdrawal request from a player who has not completed age verification.

Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on vtv99 are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). vtv99 supports a range of local and international payment methods to make deposits and withdrawals as convenient as possible for Bangladeshi players.

5.1 Supported Payment Methods

5.2 Deposits

The minimum deposit amount via mobile wallet (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) is ৳100. The minimum deposit via bank transfer is ৳500. Deposits are credited to a player's vtv99 wallet promptly upon confirmed receipt by the platform. In most cases, mobile wallet deposits are credited within 60 seconds. vtv99 does not charge any deposit fees, though your payment service provider may apply their own transaction charges.

All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in the player's own name. vtv99 will not accept deposits from third-party accounts. If a deposit is received from a payment method not registered to the account holder, vtv99 reserves the right to reverse the transaction and suspend the account pending investigation.

5.3 Withdrawals

To request a withdrawal, a player must have completed KYC verification in full. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals are processed within 24 hours for fully verified accounts during Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) business processing hours. Cryptocurrency withdrawals may take up to 48 hours.

Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit. vtv99 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts, bank accounts, or payment methods not registered in the player's own name. vtv99 reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal request.

5.4 Withdrawal Limits

5.5 Failed or Delayed Transactions

6.1 Eligibility for Bonuses

6.2 Wagering Requirements

All bonuses issued by vtv99 are subject to wagering requirements unless explicitly stated otherwise. The applicable wagering multiplier for each bonus will be clearly communicated at the time the bonus is offered. For example, a ৳1,000 bonus with a 20x wagering requirement must be wagered ৳20,000 in qualifying bets before any winnings generated from that bonus balance may be withdrawn.

The following general rules apply to all bonus wagering unless specific offer terms state otherwise:

• Wagering contributions vary by game type. Slots typically contribute 100% toward wagering requirements. Live casino games and table games may contribute at a lower rate (commonly 10%–25%). Sports bets may contribute at a separate rate specified in the offer.

User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

Players are expected to use vtv99 honestly, responsibly, and in accordance with these Terms. The following conduct is strictly prohibited.

• Automated play: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated system to place wagers, exploit game mechanics, or interact with the platform without genuine human input.
• Arbitrage betting: Systematically exploiting differences in odds across markets or promotional offers in a manner inconsistent with genuine recreational play.
• Account sharing: Allowing any other person to access, use, or operate your vtv99 account, whether for wagering, withdrawals, or any other purpose.
• Multiple accounts: Registering or operating more than one vtv99 account, or assisting others to do so.
• Abuse of support: Using abusive, threatening, or offensive language toward vtv99 support staff. vtv99 reserves the right to suspend accounts and terminate the support relationship in such cases.

7.3 System Errors and Malfunctions

In the event of a technical error, system malfunction, or software bug that results in an incorrectly displayed game outcome, erroneous odds, or an incorrectly processed transaction, vtv99 reserves the right to void the affected wager and return the staked amount to the player's real money balance. vtv99 is not liable for any consequential loss arising from a technical malfunction. Players are required to report any suspected errors to vtv99 support immediately and must not attempt to exploit them.

Account Suspension & Closure

vtv99 reserves the right to suspend or close any player account where these Terms have been violated or where it is otherwise appropriate to do so in the interests of player welfare or platform integrity.

8.1 Voluntary Account Closure

A player may request the closure of their vtv99 account at any time by contacting support via live chat. Before closing the account, vtv99 will prompt the player to withdraw any remaining real money balance. Accounts closed voluntarily may be reopened upon request, subject to re-verification and provided the closure was not initiated under a self-exclusion agreement.

8.2 Closure by vtv99

vtv99 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account, with or without notice, in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Provision of false, misleading, or fraudulent registration information.
• Suspected money laundering, fraud, or other criminal activity.
• Underage gambling or suspected underage gambling.
• Duplicate account detected.
• Conduct that vtv99 determines to be harmful to the platform, other players, or vtv99's reputation.

8.3 Funds Upon Closure

If vtv99 closes an account due to a breach of these Terms, any balance remaining in the account — including both real money and bonus funds — may be forfeited at vtv99's sole discretion, particularly where the breach involved fraudulent activity or abuse of bonuses. In cases where a closure is not attributable to player misconduct (for example, a regulatory-driven closure), vtv99 will make reasonable efforts to return the real money balance to the player's registered payment method.

8.4 Self-Exclusion and Responsible Gaming Closure

Players who wish to close their account for responsible gaming reasons may activate the self-exclusion tool via their account settings or by contacting support. Self-exclusion accounts are treated with the highest priority and will be closed immediately upon request. 8.5 Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if it has had no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months. vtv99 will attempt to contact the player via their registered email address before applying a dormancy fee. A dormancy administration fee of ৳200 per month may be deducted from the remaining balance of a dormant account. If the balance is reduced to zero, the account will be closed. Players may reactivate a dormant account at any time by logging in and completing any required re-verification.
